Family Built. Quality Driven.

Great project from concept to completion. Provided architectural and engineering assistance as well as knowledgeable and skilled construction. Very pleased with total experience. Despite unexpected difficulties project cost closely matched original projections. Second great experience with this company.

After a bad experience with another builder, we were referred to PCH by our realtor. Lance and Logan set up a meeting to discuss the house we wanted to build. They talked us through each step and detailed the estimated costs. They worked with our bank to get the right amount for the loan. They provided receipts for all materials and services provided at each step. They are very attentive to our needs and were able to offer helpful suggestions. Our newly constructed house is ahead of schedule. We couldn't be more pleased.

I had one of the best experience that I have ever had with a building contractor. I had a tree fall on my home during a terrible storm that did quite a lot of damage. Lance Palmer came to my home right away to see the damage and work up an estimate for me. He called me on every step of the way to let me know when he had subcontractors coming over and what they would be doing. He also had Larry Palmer come over every day to make sure the subcontractors did their work to my satisfaction. In addition Lance came by on a number of occasions to be certain that I was pleased with the work in progress. I could not be more pleased with the work performed and the professionalism of the subcontractors. I would highly recommend Lance Palmer to anyone.

Previous to PCH, we did not have the best contractor and needed someone to fill in and take over the reconstruction of our home. PCH did that, plus more! They over exceeded our expectations for the past two years. Communication is at an all time high and they are genuinely great people. I would 100% recommend them to anyone! Not only do they get things done in a timely manner, the quality of their work is amazing.

We contracted PCH Construction to build out our lower level space to accommodate my elderly mother to age in place. Lance and Logan provided a turn key space ahead of schedule and on budget. From design concepts to finished project they performed flawlessly. We would highly recommend PCH Construction and would definitely use them for future projects!

Renovations/construction projects are some of the most stressful things. We all know it and joke about it. Not with Lance, Logan, and Larry; a family construction team. Our family of 11 lived through finishing our 3500 sqft. basement, and gutting and rebuilding our kitchen. We spent a year together. And let me tell you, they are fair, available, and they don’t make you drop down huge deposits just to have the money “run out” magically. You pay as you go each week. No surprises. What’s more, we homeschool, so our children spent the whole year around these men and their crews, and I always felt safe, and saw them treat all of us with patience and kindness. Did I mention their work is incredible? They do everything excellently. Truly. The work they do is absolutely beautiful. I honestly can’t recommend them enough. You won’t be disappointed. I’ve attached pictures of the kitchen below. We still can’t believe we get to call it ours. Don’t look around anymore, just hire them. You’ll be so glad you did

PCH Construction company did an awesome job building our dream home in 2019. They stayed within our budget and was always at the house to make sure the subcontractors did their jobs correctly. When there were decisions to be made, they always called us to set up a convenient time to meet at the job site to discuss. I've been in the real estate business for over 25 years, and the Palmer family is the best I've seen. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

We enjoyed working with PCH Construction. They kept us up to date on progress and gave us good advice when needed. We can’t say enough about Lance, Logan, and Larry. They are wonderful people who want to make the customer happy. And we are very happy with our new home! We highly recommend PCH Construction.

They did a great job with a detached garage addition to our home. They were very attentive to detail, considerate, and loyal throughout the job. PCH Construction built a pergola with excellent construction and created curb appeal with the entire project that has our neighbors complimenting almost daily! I would recommend PCH Construction to do any high-end, professional job you have for your property. I’m so glad we found the right business for our home. We couldn’t be more satisfied!
