Our new website brings those stories together, offering a closer look at the homes we create, the people behind PCH Construction, and the principles carrying us forward.
Built to reflect the way we work
This website began with a simple question: how should PCH feel before someone ever meets us on a jobsite?
The answer was not found in trends or polished language. It was found in the way we have always approached our work—with personal attention, clear communication, thoughtful planning, and respect for the people who trust us with their homes.
PCH Construction is a father-and-son company led by Lance and Logan Palmer and shaped by three generations of building knowledge. Our experience has been passed down through years spent learning the work firsthand, solving problems in the field, and understanding that the smallest decisions often have the greatest effect on how a home feels.
We wanted the new website to carry that same sense of care. Every page, photograph, and detail was selected to feel considered, straightforward, and true to the company behind it.
A clearer view of PCH
Our work has grown, and the way we present it needed to grow with it. The new site offers a closer look at the custom homes, renovations, additions, and outdoor spaces we build throughout North Atlanta and North Georgia.
Visitors can now explore completed projects in greater detail, understand the services we provide, learn more about our family and approach, and begin a conversation with a clearer sense of what working with PCH looks like.
A finished photograph can make a home look inevitable—as though every room, material, and detail simply fell into place. What appears effortless in the end is the result of careful planning, close collaboration, and countless decisions made throughout the build. Our new website gives us the space to share more of that process: how a project develops, why certain choices matter, and what it takes to bring a home together well.
The people behind every project
PCH has always been personal because it is built around family. Lance and Logan both work hands-on—walking jobs, solving problems in the field, coordinating trades, and doing whatever is needed to keep a project moving. Lance brings decades of experience and steady judgment. Logan carries that knowledge forward with his own perspective and the same willingness to step in and get the work done.
Faith in God, family, and helping others are at the heart of how we live and work. Those values shape the way we treat homeowners, trade partners, and one another. They also hold us to a simple standard: show up, communicate clearly, take responsibility, and do work we are proud to stand behind.
That is why a photograph of the two of us felt right for this announcement. It reflects PCH as it is today—a father and son working side by side, carrying forward three generations of building experience and shaping the company’s next chapter together. The website is new, but the values behind the work remain the same.
More than a portfolio
The new site is designed to become a useful resource, not simply a gallery of finished homes. Through PCH Field Notes, we will share practical guidance about building, renovating, planning, and making decisions that hold up long after construction is complete.
Some stories will begin with a finished project. Others will come from conversations we have with homeowners, designers, architects, and trades in the field. Our goal is to offer the kind of information that helps people approach a project with greater confidence and better questions.
Photographs can show what was built. This journal gives us a place to explain why.
